Though Grandeur Homes had its formal inception in the year '97 , it had its seed sown way back in the 60's by a humble PWD Chief Executive Engineer , Late  Mr M A Narayanan Menon , who had a number of credits to his name for serving  people through out  the length and breath of Kerala. .It was earlier christened as Archana Apartments.

It is a rare feat for a builder to deliver more than what he promises - and Grandeur Homes. is that rare builder. Most of our projects have gone to exceed what was first conceived on paper. And by quietly asserting that homes are not just to shelter in, but places to enhance a family's happiness, Grandeur Homes has triggered a lifestyle revolution in Cochin.
